Public comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 01, 2016. Interested individuals are also invited to attend a Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 02, 2016 at DOC Conference Room, on the 2nd Floor of the Executive Office Building in Utulei.
