Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board has receive applications from the following applicants requesting a Zoning Variance:

Sii Vito Tuia – requesting a variance for a Retail Store in Avaio.

Virginia Tufa, Sandy Galo & Loretta Seigafo – requesting a variance for a Sewing Shop & Retail in Tafuna/Fagaima.

Lucky 777 – requesting a variance for a Bar and Wholesale in Nuuuli.

Jung H. Lee – requesting a variance for a Barber/hairstylist for men in Fagaalu.

Paea Tamale – requesting a variance for an Auto Car Sales, Auto Parts, Auto Auction, Auto Services, Repair, Import of used cars & Auto Detailing in Nuuuli.
Any persons interested in or affected by these proposed projects are invited to view files and/or provide comments by contacting Faau Seumanutafa, the Zoning Administrator at the Department of Commerce in Utulei during normal working hours at 633-5155. Public comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 11, 2014. Interested individuals are also invited to attend a Zoning Board hearing on December 12, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. in the DOC Conference Room on the second floor of the Executive Office Building at Utulei.
